The State Secretary at the Ministry, Elizabeta Chupovska Ristova, met today (25 July) with the DA in leaving and the newly appointed Defense Attaché for our country, Colonel Piotr Grela and Colonel Tomaž Malimon.
Chupovska Ristova thanked Colonel Grela for the excellent cooperation in the field of defense, and welcomed Colonel Malimon informing him that the Ministry remains open to the development of defense relations between the two allied countries.
During the meeting, the commitment to strengthen cooperation by signing a defense cooperation plan between the two countries was emphasized.
The Macedonian-Polish defense cooperation dates back to 1996 and is on the rise. Since the establishment of defense cooperation, a large number of joint meetings have been held at the military and defense level. At the same time, Army members have participated in military exercises and activities held in Poland, including the exercise “Anaconda 23.”
