Introducing criteria into the decision-making process and negotiation techniques in public and defense procurement

In accordance with the Annual Activity Plan for 2025, building integrity training will be held at the “Dr. Joseph Kruzel” Training Center on 25 and 26 February 2025 on the topic “Introducing criteria in the decision-making process and negotiation techniques in public and defense procurement”.

The goal of the two-day training is to improve the knowledge and practical skills of personnel from the Ministry of Defense and the Army involved in the public and defense procurement process, using multiple criteria and conducting effective negotiations for public and defense procurement.

Lecturer at the training organized by the Directorate for Human Resource Management, Education and Training in cooperation with the Center for Integrity in the Defense Sector from Norway (CIDS) was led by Anela Duman, International Procurement Expert.

This training is part of the integrity building process and is being implemented according to the Plan for this year between the Ministry of Defense and the Center for Integrity in the Defense Sector from Norway (CIDS).
