At the "Dr. Joseph Kruzel" Training Center, in the period 28-30 April, 2026, "Basic Protection and Rescue Training" was implemented for employees of the Ministry of Defence and the Army.
The goal of the training was to familiarize participants with the risks and measures for fire protection and the method of using fire extinguishing equipment and means.
During the theoretical and practical part of the training, which was conducted by representatives of the Directorate for Protection and Rescue and instructors from the Military Medical Center, in addition to elements of protection, prevention and action in the event of a fire, content related to rescuing endangered and buried people in shallow rubble, as well as providing first aid and evacuation, was also covered.
This training is conducted based on the Plan for the Implementation of Measures for Protection and Rescue from Natural Disasters and Other Accidents in the Ministry of Defence.
The seventh generation of the Military Academy marks the 25th anniversary of their graduation with a humanitarian campaign
As part of the celebration of the 25th anniversary since the graduation of the 7th class of cadets of the Military Academy "General Mihailo Apostolski" (1997-2001), the graduating officers, together with the Red Cross from the municipality of Kisela Voda, organized a blood donation campaign at the "Goce Delchev" barracks in Skopje.
Guided by the motto that every drop of blood is important for everyone, the blood donation drive was joined by young cadet students of the Military Academy, employees of the Ministry of Defence and the Army, as well as active blood donors who were touched by the voice of humanity, with a total of 76 blood units collected.
By organizing the blood donation campaign, the cadets of the VII class, now officers in the Macedonian Army, showed their humane side and confirmed the fact that the Army continuously joins in activities in support of Macedonian citizens.
