From 8 – 10 April 2025, train the trainers in the field of stabilization and reconstruction and expert talks on the implementation of NATO Capability Target S-1106 took place at the “Dr. Joseph Kruzel” Training Center, intended for future trainers from various fields of stabilization and reconstruction from the Ministry of Defense, the Army, “General Mihailo Apostolski” Military Academy, as well as other state institutions.
The focus of the training, which was carried out in cooperation with Italian experts and representatives from the Post-Conflict Operations Study Center from Turin, Italy, was on the exchange of expertise regarding the preparation of future Macedonian trainers on specific topics. With the support of the Italian experts, a self-evaluation and further definition of the content of the lessons was carried out, as part of NATO Capability Target S1106.
Capacity development is part of NATO’s capability targets to advance the knowledge of potential trainers in areas related to stabilization and reconstruction.
