On 29 April, at the Training Center “Dr. Joseph Kruzel” the Department for Education and Training of the Ministry of Defence in cooperation with the Center for Integrity in the Defence Sector from Norway (CIDS) conducted training for managerial personnel in the Ministry of Defence and the Army, on the topic “Professional Autonomy of Managerial Personnel”.
The training was conducted by Svein Eriksen, Senior International Expert, and Damir Ahmetović, International Expert in Public Management from CIDS, who, by presenting tools for independent action and strengthening leadership skills, aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of the managerial personnel of the Ministry and the Army, especially in decision-making processes.
During the training, which was aligned with the principles of modern human resource management, participants had the opportunity to learn about professional autonomy in human resource management, human resource management strategies as a tool for managers, the importance of business ethics in management, as well as performance management towards autonomy in management.
The training was organized in accordance with the 2025 Annual Action Plan for Building Integrity between the Ministry of Defence and the Center for Integrity in the Defence Sector from Norway.
