The Director of the Directorate for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Defence, Krste Malinkovski, and the Defence Attaché of the Republic of Turkey, Colonel Reçay Yılmaz, today signed the annual bilateral cooperation plan between the two countries at the Ministry of Defence.
The signing of the Bilateral Cooperation Plan once again confirms the commitment of both countries to maintaining a high level of cooperation. As part of the framework for this year’s cooperation plan, several activities have been envisaged, including expert discussions in the area of logistics and equipment for the needs of the army, joint training and exercises of special units, cooperation in the area of military intelligence and other activities.
The Republic of Turkey has been a long-standing partner and supporter of the Macedonian Army since the beginning of its formation.
