The Department for Education and Training in collaboration with the Center for Integrity in the Defence Sector from Norway (CIDS) on 30 April in the Defence Training Center “Dr. Joseph Kruzel” organized a training on the topic “Development of an Integrity Plan in the Defence Sector”.
The aim of the seminar was improving the knowledge and skills of the members of the working group in the Ministry tasked with developing the Integrity Plan for the period 2026-2029, in terms of legal frameworks and aspects, identifying and assessing integrity risks, as well as strengthening the skills for its implementation and monitoring.
At the same time, the participants had the opportunity to learn about the lessons learned from the Integrity Plan for the period 2021-2024 with a special emphasis on public procurement, as well as future steps for evaluating this Plan.
The training was delivered by Svein Eriksen, Senior International Expert, and Damir Ahmetović, International Expert in Public Management from CIDS and Islam Jusufi, local team leader from CIDS.
The training was organized in accordance with the 2025 Annual Action Plan for Building Integrity between the Ministry of Defence and the Center for Integrity in the Defence Sector from Norway.
