As part of the activities for building integrity in the defence, a training session on "Diagnostics and Proposed Measures for Improving the Working Environment" was conducted on 15 September 2026, at the "Dr. Joseph Kruzel" Defence Training Centre, organized by the Education and Training Department at the Ministry of Defence in cooperation with the Centre for Integrity in the Defence Sector (CIDS).
The purpose of the training was to strengthen the capacity of personnel to recognize and analyse challenges related to the working environment, identify organizational risks, and develop practical and measurable measures for its improvement.
The active participation of employees in the processes of improving the working environment is of particular importance in building the institution's capacities, and precisely in that direction, through an interactive approach during the training itself, the participants became familiar with practical tools and methods for assessing the working environment, identifying the causes of challenges, and developing concrete measures and action plans, with a special focus on communication, integrity, productivity, and the well-being of employees.
The training was organized in accordance with the 2026–2029 Integrity Plan of the Ministry of Defence, the Calendar of Specialized Training for 2026, and the 2026 Annual Plan of Activities between the Ministry of Defence and the Centre for Integrity in the Defence Sector from the Kingdom of Norway (CIDS).
