On 26 March 2026, the first module of the "Management Personnel Academy" on the topic "The Need for Civil Servants - Reasons and Potential for Their Improvement" was successfully implemented at the "Dr. Joseph Kruzel" Defense Training Center in Skopje.
The aim of the training was to improve the knowledge and skills of the management personnel, with a focus on the role of civil servants in the modern and dynamic administrative system, as well as their ability to provide coherent and expert advice in the decision-making process.
The training was organized by the Education and Training Sector within the Directorate for Human Resources Management, Education and Training in cooperation with experts from the Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom of Norway.
The Academy was attended by senior officials from several key institutions, including the Ministry of Defense, as well as the Ministries of Finance, Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, and Internal Affairs. The participation of senior representatives from various institutions enabled a quality exchange of experiences and strengthened inter-institutional cooperation in policy creation and implementation.
The organization of the Academy is part of the continuous efforts to strengthen the professional capacities of the management personnel and improve the efficiency of the institutions, through modern and integrated approaches to human resources training and development. The training was organized in accordance with the Specialized Training Calendar for 2026, which is an integral part of the Plan for Education, Training, Vocational Training and Improvement and Specializations for 2026.
