On 2 September 2025, the second module of the “Training for Managerial Officials in the Ministry of Defence” – “Public Sector Reforms and Duties of Civil Servants” was implemented at the “Dr. Joseph Kruzel” Training Center, the aim of which is to develop the necessary knowledge and skills for successfully managing the challenges and needs of reforms in the public and defence sectors.
The State Secretary at the Ministry, Elizabeta Chupovska Ristova, stressed the importance of this type of training for the development of institutional capacities. She emphasized the commitment of the Ministry of Defence to the continuous professional development of employees and said that the advancement and investment in human potential are the basis for the modernization and strengthening of the defence system.
The training was organized by the Education and Training Sector within the Human Resource Management, Education and Training Directorate in cooperation with experts from the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Norway.
The participants in the seminar, through the exchange of experiences and case studies, had the opportunity to get to know each other and acquire additional knowledge and skills related to the obligations of civil servants and the coordination between them.
