Deputy Minister of Defense Elfet Ismaili visited today the Operations Command in the “Boro Menkov” barracks in Kumanovo, where she was welcomed by the Commander, Brigadier General Besnik Emini and the Chief of Staff, Brigadier General Mirche Gjorgovski.
During her visit, Deputy Minister Ismaili was introduced to the mission and tasks of this unit, which is also known as the main driving force of the Army and a command that includes the largest number of army units that contribute to the protection of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our country.
Deputy Minister Ismaili was informed, inter alia, about the next steps of the Operations Command, including activities such as training and exercises, as well as the implementation of NATO standards during the next period.
During the visit to this Command in the “Boro Menkov” barracks, Deputy Minister Elfet Ismaili also signed the “Guest book”.
