Minister Vlado Misajlovski rounded off his working visit to the USA with a meeting with the head of the US National Guard Bureau, Lieutenant General Jonathan Stubbs.
The meeting attended by the Chief of General Staff of the Army, Major General Sashko Lafchiski and the Vermont National Guard Commander, Major General Gregory Knight, reaffirmed the three-decade partnership between our Army and the Vermont National Guard.
The topic of conversation was deepening the partnership and cooperation with a view to contribute to the modernization of the Macedonian Army and training of the Army members.
Minister Misajlovski and the Macedonian delegation were in a several-day working visit to the USA on the occasion of the Annual Bilateral Defense Consultations with senior officials at the Pentagon.
