Today, 15 December, at the Army Hall in Skopje, Minister of Defence Vlado Misajlovski met with the families of the fallen defenders and with representatives from the Association of the Families of the Fallen Members of the Security Forces of Macedonia “Heroes of Macedonia 2001-2015”.
During the meeting, which discussed issues of particular importance to the families of the fallen defenders, Minister Misajlovski emphasized that the care for the families of the defenders will continue and that through joint cooperation with the Association “Heroes of Macedonia 2001-2015”, the memory of the Macedonian heroes will be cherished and preserved with dignity and honour.
“Never forget that I respect all of you with all my heart, what the Macedonian heroes gave for Macedonia should always remain in all our hearts”, said Misajlovski and added that within the legal possibilities, he will personally advocate for support and assistance to every family.
The president of the “Heroes of Macedonia” association, Vlado Stojanovski, expressed his gratitude for the organization of the event, which openly discussed the challenges that families are facing every day, and thus paid tribute to the defenders.
