Pursuant to Article 166-d of the Defense Law (Official Gazette of RNM No. 42/01, 05/03, 8/06, 110/08, 51/11, 151/11, 185/11, 215/15 and 42/20), the Ministry of Defense is obligated to prepare and submit a quarterly report, which is published on the Ministry website.
The Defense Inspection Department hereby reports that in the quarterly period October-December 2023, carried out a total of 6 (six) inspections in accordance with the Annual Inspection Inspection Program for 2023.
The inspections were carried out in the area of supervision over the application and implementation of the regulations in the field of defense in the following entities:
1. In October:
– basic Court – Resen;
– Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office – Resen;
– Training Support Center.
2. In November:
– Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office – Veles;
– Technical Overhaul Center.
3. In December:
– Operations Command
